By buying this pack, you can use it for any project, including commercial use. You are not allowed to resell the pack as is and neither in edited form. As long as one of the team members has bought the pack, you can use it for your projects. You are also allowed to use it for promotional art for your project, but if you make merchandise for it, please use at least one character or some other additional art, not just the backgrounds. 

Credits: I would be glad if you mention me, but you don't have to. You only have to mention the pack in the credits if you make edits to the backgrounds.
